At Sweet Veda Luxe Raw Clip-Ins, we are committed to delivering premium-quality hair with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Sweet Veda Luxe Raw Clip-Ins are currently available for Pre- order.  Each set is reserved especially for you.  Once your order is placed please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, prepared and shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Sweet Veda Luxe Raw Clip-Ins is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we’re happy to help where we can.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can review your claim.
